APPLICATION
- Apply a thin film to clean bare lids.
- Smooth it on from the lashes to the brow. to the outer corners of the eye. Let it dry for approximately 30 seconds. then apply eye makeup.
- Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
